Hi, last week I bought a Bobcat 453 -99 with only 1000h, but the hydraulic system for lift/tilts is very slow, 12 seconds for full lift, in the manual is says 5sec. The oil looks like whipped milk (when the oil is hot), the driving of the machine is ok, so I guess it must be time .

Check the linkage of the pedals for slop and insure that the spools are being move through the full range of movement.

It will snail around and lift (not much) but once I turn the throttle up the hydraulics stop responding. I drained the fluid and replaced both filters and the problem is still there. The belt is in almost new condition.

Then turn the key to the run position without starting it and rock the foot pedals to relieve hydraulic pressure on the lines.
